NIFTY & SENSEX:-

  • Nifty holds 9500, Sensex closes below 31k for first time since May 25
  • Nifty closed at its one month low but managed to hold its 9500 level, closing lower for the fifth straight session, whereas the Sensex closed below 31,000 for the first time since May 25. 17 Stocks in the Nifty50 index closed in green while 34 ended in the red.

 Market Buzz:-
  • Shares of Jaypee group companies like Jaiprakash Associates, Jaypee Infratech and Jaiprakash Power Ventures rallied over 12% on BSE. Jaypee Infratech, and Jaiprakash Assocaites was locked in upper circuit during the trade. Jaiprakash Power Ventures surged over 12% at Rs 5.18 per share.
  • Aviation stocks SpiceJet, Jet Airways and InterGlobe Aviation were trading down in the range of 2% to 4%, for the second straight session as some recovery was seen in crude prices.
  • Infibeam Incorporation was trading in green as the company said that its board of directors have approved the sub division/ split of equity shares of the company. The stock closed at Rs 1050 higher by 1.3%.
  • Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam (GUVNL) wants to buy 100% equity of Mundra UMPP at Rs 1 instead of 51% as proposed by Tata Power, as per media reports.
  • Poly Medicure stock surges 11% after winning patent battle against German company B. Braun Melsungen on IV catheters, as per media reports.
  • Pioneer Distilleries hits 5% upper circuit after it received a subsidy worth Rs 118 Cr from the Govt of Maharashtra.
  • Govt says April-May provisional gross tax revenue up 13.4% to Rs 98,266 Cr on year on year basis, as per media reports.

  • Videocon stock climbs 5% after 9.3 lakh shares traded in two block deals. .
  • Narayana Hrudayalaya surges 3%, approves scheme of amalgamation.
  • BHEL bags EPC order for 15 MW Solar photovoltaic power plant. Stock slips 1%.
  • Tejas Networks makes quiet debut, ends 2% higher against issue price.

NIFTY OUTLOOK :-


Nifty future is looking bearish on the charts .In today’s trading session Nifty traded with negative movement and closed with overall loss of 0.79%. Nifty has breached its important support mark of 9540 and sustaining below it. In upcoming trading sessions further down side movement can be seen in it and it can test down side levels of 9440 & 9400 if it breaches its next support level of 9480.

BANK NIFTY OUTLOOK:-



Bank Nifty future is looking bearish on the charts .In today’s trading session Bank Nifty traded with negative movement and closed with overall loss of 1.39%. Bank Nifty has breached its support level of 23400 and sustaining below it. In upcoming trading sessions further down side movement can be seen in it and it can test down side levels of 22900 & 22800 if it breaches its next support level of 23000.

Morning Update of Indian Share Market- 5 December 2018

The Indian Stock Market opens on a negative on a Wednesday, before the result of RBI fifth bi-monthly policy review. The S&P BSE Sensex opened at 36,035.65, and also the nifty50 measuring device of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), opened at 10,820.45.  At 9:17Am, the Sensex was at 35,949.25, down 185.06 points or 0.51% and also the nifty50 was at 10,808.55, with a loss of 60.95 points or 0.56%.In the last session, Sensex had closed at 36,134.31 and the Nifty at 10,869.  The top gainers stocks are: IOC, ONGC, NTPC, Infratel, BPCL, HDFC Bank, Sunpharma and GAIL.  The Top losers stocks are – Hindalco, Tatamotors, Titan, ITC, Kotak Bank and Infy.
